Information For The Attorney Letter

Requests for the status of homeowner's dues on properties in Georgian Hills will be assessed a fee of $200.00 per request.  We will respond to your requests within 5-7 business days.  If required sooner than 5-7 business days, there is an additional $100.00 expediting charge (total of $300.00). 

For the new homeowners, there is a $200.00 initiation Fee, to be collected at the real estate Closing.
